Staadecker Real Estate is the Northwest's premier real estate brokerage firm, licensed in Washington and Oregon to complete real estate transactions. The firm's activities focus on bringing national and regional retail corporations into the Pacific Northwest and completing their market penetration. Other activities include competition studies, location analysis, and complete marketing strategies for retail and commercial stores, offices, and warehouses.

Staadecker's tasks include property negotiations, purchases, sales, sale-leasebacks, complicated lease negotiations, and construction coordination. Between 1983 and end-2000, approximately 100 sales and 200 leases were completed with a specialization in landlord retail projects.

Charles Staadecker, the company's principal, is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and Wharton School of Finance. He is a member of the Seattle King County Board of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Seattle Rotary, and is active in local school boards, theater, politics, and charitable groups.
